What Home Improvements Can I Get?

Vouchers must be used to install at least one PRIMARY mesuare (max allocated £5000). To help cover the costs of the SECONDARY measures.

The subsidy on the SECONDARY measure is capped at the value of the PRIMARY Measure.

For example – if you receive £400 for a PRIMARY measure, such as cavity wall insulation, you will be able to receive £400 for a secondary measure.

Will I Qualify?

If your property is in England and you are a homeowner or landlord and do not receive any form of benefit, you can apply for a voucher to fund up to 2/3rds of the cost to upgrade the energy performance of your home.

If you or a member of your household receives benefits, you could obtain a voucher up to the max value of £10,000 and you would not have to contribute a penny to this!
